This shall include, but is not limited to, assist with identifying existing client new business leads, educating our clients on new products through calls, trainings, in-person visits, along with providing existing customers with exceptional
support. The Client Services Manager’s primary responsibility will be maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with active clients and ensure timely renewals. Monitoring of relationships through CRM
systems, specifically  Salesforce, will be required as well. All of this will be accomplished while upholding

The Navigator is primarily responsible for addressing the emergent needs of injured Rebound Members and assisting them with obtaining an expedited appointment with a Rebound-approved provider within 24-48 hours from the time of contact.

This role requires not only a high degree of orthopedic knowledge to accurately assess injuries over the phone but just as important is the ability of the Navigator to demonstrate a high degree of empathy, compassion, and an ability to develop relationships with members during a new Member intake.

The Navigator is required to consistently demonstrate a high degree of clinical competency and accuracy while assessing injuries and also demonstrate the same level of accuracy and completeness with their note-taking.

The Navigator is also responsible for learning and applying workers’ compensation processes as they apply to specific regions; individual departmental nuances; and the ability to think independently and creatively solve problems while engaged in the care of a Rebound Member.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO/Founder and is responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. Navigators are certified athletic trainers who triage injuries over our Rebound Hotline.

They are the first contact for our members and must strive to develop relationships that embody our ideal of “people first.”

This role requires a high degree of orthopedic knowledge to accurately assess injuries over the phone and, just as important, the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
