Navigators are certified athletic trainers or physical therapists who triage injuries over our Rebound Hotline.
They are the first contact for our members and must strive to develop relationships that embody our ideal of “people first.”
This role requires a high degree of orthopedic knowledge to accurately assess injuries over the phone and, just as important, the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.

Advocates have experience in healthcare administration or medical information technology, and their primary responsibility is the care coordination of all Rebound members.
